L51 Hub Office project is to redevelop the existing vacant building as a new Class B high-tech office with a new glazed façade and a Smart Office interior fit out to provide the perfect working environments to help companies to grow their business, whilst providing a sustainable green solution. 

The  L51 Hub office provides office and studio spaces to meet client needs. The L51 Hub has fully-connected, intuitive meeting rooms with the latest technology. The L51 Hub office layout has been developed with the space for growth and expansion, to accommodate freelancers; start-up or scale-up companies, or those just seeking an office where you can leverage talent with collaboration with fellow tenants. The offices are scalable allowing for fixed and flexible desks, up to closed office spaces. 

This L51 Hub office is adjacent to International companies that are hosting in the campus data centres. This proximity has the potential to attract a number of technology companies that are using AI technology and low latency applications. Companies that rely on connectivity, will be able to connect to Gigabit speed secure communications Network and access to hosting and cloud services. 

The L51 Office Hub is located is within close proximity of the M57/M58 interchange and within 15 minutes drive of Liverpool city centre. 

L51 Data Centre. Full planning permission has been granted for the re-development of the HSBC data centres on the L51 campus. Phase 1 is fully designed to stage 4 as a Tier III/ OCP design. Phase 1 is for 5 data halls. Each data hall can provide 2.5Mw of IT power, providing a minimum of 8Kw to each rack.  

On-site backup generation with HVO fuel. 

Phase 2 will be submitted as a change to the existing permitted plans.

The site is connected to multiple fibre providers.

The 132Kv connection agreement has been issued for 50Mva by SP Networks.
